Our friends at Smart Start of Mecklenburg County and Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library have established 11 free little libraries around Mecklenburg County! Parents with children from birth to age five can drop by any of their locations and pick up a free book. If you haven’t signed your child up for the Imagination Library yet, each little library has a handy QR code that takes your right to their online registration page.
