As a first generation college graduate, Samantha holds a B.A. in Political Science with minors in both American Studies and Holocaust, Genocide, and Human Rights Studies from UNC Charlotte. Having developed a love of reading very young, she understands the value in making sure all children are afforded that same opportunity, and that this can only be made possible if readers of all ages have equal and equitable access to resources. She loves to spend her free time with her partner, family, and friends. When she isn’t working with our wonderful volunteers, she enjoys fishing, baking, arts & crafts, watching football, and a good bagel. Samantha joined Promising Pages in April of 2026 and looks forward to growing with the organization.
